We offer Implementation Acceleration Program (IAP) - a 5 day focused implementation and training program at your office. This comes at an extra fee. We strongly recommend this program for getting the fastest and the most effective results from the implementation.

Yes, prices specified above are exclusive of taxes. Applicable taxes will be charged extra.

Being a SaaS company, we take data security of our customers very seriously. We host your data with Amazon Web Services data centers. All connections are secured with 256 bit SSL encryption. Automated backups, geo-redundancy, and host of other measures ensure that your data security and reliability is kept at top priority.

Since GrowSmart is made for your industry, you won't generally need to customise. However, if you have special needs, growsmart is very flexible. You can have a variety of customisation including custom fields, print formats, approval workflows etc.

GrowSmart has inbuilt automated back-ups. You do not need to manually backup. You can request data back up any time (once in a month). All data will be available for download in excel files.

Unlimited plan is designed for this objective. A fixed price valid for 2 years, with the freedom of unlimited users (subject to fair usage), enabling you to digitally empower all of your teams and operations.

Pricing is determined based on your revenue and total number of employees, revised once in 2 years. At the end of 2 years, pricing is revised based on the prevailing revenue and number of employees.
